Is this a scam?My boyfriend had been getting calls from a 1-866 number for about a week and when he finally answered there was a woman on the other end from a comany called Cruise and Land Promotions who told him he had won a free cruise. He asked her how he had won this, and she explained it was probably through a travel website. He uses Travelocity a lot to book flights, so he assumed it was through them. She explained that he only had to pay port taxes,
