Joseph asks…Does anyone know a great website to assist lower enlisted put promotion packet together for E5 (Army)?Trying to direct a soldier to put his packet together, but i am deployed and dont have my resources. Anyone know any good links? Need basic information like what is included, how it goes together and what not.
